We meet with you on-site, delving deep into the essence of your business to understand its intricacies. We thoroughly screen every candidate with rigorous phone and video interviews before being shortlisted, ensuring only the most suitable individuals make the cut. But we don’t stop there. We stand out from the crowd by:
- Sharing up to date benchmarking information using our CIPD accredited software, market intelligence and latest recruitment approaches
- Sharing weekly updates and feedback on live recruitment progress (including headhunting detail)
- Using personality profiling – we submit shortlisted candidates with an individual interview summary and psychometric profile
- Only submitting candidates we have fully screened and interviewed (we’d never send you anyone if we haven’t looked into the whites of their eyes!)
- Upholding your existing processes – some of our clients run a credit check ahead of interview for example – we support the process, provide the detail and keep it seamless.
- Handling all communications including the offer process with your new hire, through to their first day.
