Louise, Co-Founder & Director
Louise started her people career with Google and has worked with leading global organisations within the FMCG, Tech and Healthcare industries for the last 18 years. Louise has driven major recruitment and HR projects and has spent the last 2 years working closely with Lucy to build and grow Four Talent, creating quality recruitment and direct search processes which not only represent the client brand with integrity but also give candidates a first-class experience, whatever the recruitment outcome. Louise delivers executive search and recruitment campaigns for clients across the UK and Europe and is at her happiest when working closely with her clients and their businesses to find new and future talent in roles such as Sales and Marketing, Transformation, Finance, IT, HR, and Customer Experience.
Lucy, Co-Founder & Director
With over 18 years in the People space working with large corporations through to dynamic SME’s, Lucy is chartered CIPD qualified and delivers high quality HR and Recruitment support that hit the mark for her clients. Lucy worked for BSI for over 9 years, in a range of roles including Head of Resourcing and Senior Business Partner. Lucy then spent 6 years as a HR & Recruitment Consultant working with a range of businesses across the UK, delivering HR projects, change programmes, leadership training and sizeable recruitment campaigns. Since then, she has focused on growing Four Talent to offer the latest in HR and recruitment thinking and innovation; providing a thorough, professional service her clients can trust. Driven to deliver, Lucy immerses herself in her clients’ organisations and uses her people centric approach to find and retain the right talent for the long term.

We knew we could find a way to do things better. We reimagined the way recruitment works to offer the ultimate bespoke experience for our clients and candidates along with the latest thinking, tools and expertise in hiring to deliver true ROI. So, fast forward to 2021 and Four Talent was born.
