Louise, Co-Founder & Director
Louise started her people career with Google and has worked with leading global organisations within the FMCG, Tech and Healthcare industries for the last 18 years; most recently for Hallo Healthcare, (McKesson) a global healthcare solutions organisation. Louise has driven major recruitment projects from within internal HR and Recruitment positions and for the last 2 years has been working with Lucy to build and grow the Four Talent business, creating what they felt was missing from recruitment agencies; quality recruitment and direct search processes which not only represent the client brand with integrity but also give candidates a first-class experience whatever the recruitment outcome. Louise has delivered several successful executive search campaigns for clients across the UK and Europe and is at her happiest when working closely with her clients and their businesses to find new and future talent in roles such as Sales and Marketing, Transformation, Finance, IT, HR, and Customer Experience.
Lucy, Co-Founder & Director
With over 18 years in the People space working with large corporations to dynamic SME’s, Lucy draws on her diverse experience to ensure she delivers high quality candidates that hit the mark for her clients. Lucy worked for BSI for over 9 years, within the HR function in roles such as Senior HR Business Partner and Head of Resourcing, where she set up and established an internal Recruitment function. Lucy then spent 6 years as a successful HR & Recruitment Consultant working with a range of businesses across the Midlands delivering HR projects, management training programmes and sizeable recruitment campaigns, and most recently has spent the last 2 years growing Four Talent to offer the latest in recruitment thinking and innovation, providing a thorough, professional service her clients can trust. Driven to deliver, Lucy immerses herself in the businesses she works with and is obsessed about working with people-centric businesses to find them the right talent for the long term.

We knew we could find a way to do things better. We reimagined the way recruitment works to offer the ultimate bespoke experience for our clients and candidates along with the latest thinking, tools and expertise in hiring to deliver true ROI. So, fast forward to 2021 and Four Talent was born.
Our motivation is simple; to do great work with great people. Our inspiration is clear; to be the best role models for our four small people.
